The former Standard Club provides the setting for a proposed private members’ club and hotel in downtown Chicago. The vision brings together hospitality, dining and social spaces in a building with an established place in the city’s club history.

The proposed club brings together spaces for conversation, meals and shared experiences. Its hospitality program is intended to serve members and overnight guests within a cohesive setting.

Dining, Celebrations & Stays

The development vision combines hotel accommodations with dining, gathering and event spaces. The building’s existing character provides a starting point for an experience that can accommodate everyday visits and larger occasions.

A Vision Taking Shape

Berk Properties is evaluating the program and working with potential hospitality partners. Final branding, room count, amenities and opening timing remain subject to design development and the selected operating direction.
